Corporate Hospitality

Kidderminster Railway Museum is an ideal venue for those wanting somewhere different to meet or give a presentation, away from the office, and with bags of atmosphere. The museum is centrally located with good communications and ample car parking. It is less than 100 yards from the main Railtrack railway station, and less than half an hour's drive from the motorway network.
We have two rooms available:

The Board Room
Ideally suited for up to 20 people, the Board Room houses the main library of the museum, and a large table which was built for the Leeds Tramway Company Board of Directors about one hundred years ago.
The Royal Star Room
This room will seat up to a maximum of 175 people theatre style, and is equally ideal for smaller numbers from about 30 upwards. Here you can sit amongst the signs and relics of yesterday's railways, and even see and hear the steam trains through the window.

Overhead projectors, screens and flipcharts are always available. Video facilities are also available on request. We can provide endless cups of coffee, tea and biscuits, and we also provide buffet lunches and afternoon teas. Please ask for details.

This is an ideal venue for meetings and presentations. Impress your clients with something out of the ordinary. We can also arrange a full day's package for you. Why not give a presentation to your clients or potential customers in the morning, and provide them with a trip behind a steam train in the afternoon - even dine on the train if you wish? They will not forget your hospitality in a hurry.
